For all other countries of Europe, you can be delivered by IMX (between € 9 and € 12 depending on the area of ​​delivery) or UPS SAVER INTERNATIONAL (20 € for Europe and 35 € for international).

We will refund you all customs duties if you send us the invoice by email.

Is delivery free?

-Delivery is free from € 100 of purchase for metropolitan France and for Belgium. 
-Delivery is free from € 150 of purchase for Germany, Austria, Spain, Luxembourg, Netherlands and UK.
-Delivery is free from € 250 of purchase for all other countries of delivery. 
-Delivery is also free for metropolitan France, Austria, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain and the UK when using a credit note after a return.

- If your order status is shown as “payment accepted” or “being prepared”, send us an email at bonjour@yse-paris.com
-If your order status is shown as “sent” : You can follow the progress of your delivery with its tracking number, available in the « carriers » section of your account (click on your order number for this section to show). Then all you need to do is enter this number on the site of the relevant delivery company :

For France:
