Terms and Conditions preamble:

L'impertinente (trade name Ysé) is the seller of products and services on the site. The commercial site www.yse-paris.com (hereinafter "Le Site") is an e-commerce site accessible via Internet, open to any user of the network.

It is operated by L'impertinente, Limited (hereinafter referred to as L'impertinente), SAS with a capital of 14,180 euros, whose registered office is 91 rue Caulaincourt, 75018 Paris registered in the Register of Paris under number 534 376 041, Vat number intra FR17 534 376 041.

The Site enables L'impertinente to offer its products (hereinafter "Products") for sale in France and abroad. The Site is reserved for individuals and prohibits traders.

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern your use of the Site and Services (hereinafter "Services") that may be proposed and would be out buying from the Site.

Any use of the Site constitutes full acceptance by the Customer of these Terms. Acceptance of Terms is done by checking the "I agree fully with the Terms and Conditions of Sale" when creating an account.

This acceptance is necessarily full, acceptance subject is null and void.

In case of modification of these Terms, the Terms and Conditions that apply are those in effect on the date of use of the Services or the order.

The present CGV is available for consultation in French and in English. In case of difference between both versions, it is the French version which prevails.

Art. 1: Products

The essential characteristics of products are available on the website in each sheet products.

The client is fully aware that the images, photos and colors of the items offered for sale may not exactly match the actual colors due to the Internet browser screen used.

The products for sale on the site within the limits of available stocks. If one or more items ordered are no longer available, the customer will be informed by e-mail as soon as possible.

The Customer can then cancel the order for the item or items involved and be reimbursed, if applicable, any amounts already paid by crediting the corresponding price to the credit card used for payment no later than 30 bank-account days.

Art. 2: The Price

Product prices sold on the Site are per item and reference and are mentioned euros.

The product prices are those indicated on the Site regardless of the place of delivery and include all French taxes (VAT), excluding costs port, which are at the customer’s expense (for more information see Art.8).

It is precised that customs duties and any taxes charged on delivery in certain countries in which the products are likely to be delivered, are not included in the price and are at l’Impertinente’s expense (see Art. 9 for information about customs duties when returning a Product)

Any change to the rate of VAT will be reflected in the prices of items, from its entry into force. The applicable prices are the prices displayed on the Site at the time of ordering.

Art. 3: Registration

When ordering, the client is asked to an account to see its pre-entered data and to receive promotional offers dedicated.

The Client should apply through a personal information form with honesty and obliged to update this information as needed.

Customer must also choose an e-mail address and a password that will be requested every time he wants to access.

The Customer's personal information are protected by a password so that the Customer, and he alone, has access.

The society recommends L'impertinente Customers to disclose it to anyone.

The Customer must also disconnect from their profile and close the browser window after each work session.

The Client is the one responsible for the confidentiality of their password. The Customer alone bears the consequences of any unauthorized use of their password.

According to the law of January 6, 1978, the Customer has a right of access to personal data relating to it may use by writing to the Service Client address bonjour@yse-paris.com, without prejudice to the rights it has also oppose for cause processing of the data.

Art. 4: Command Steps completion of the sale:

1. The Client consists address www.yse-paris.com

2. The customer adds items to their shopping cart.

3. The customer fills out the form to create an account.

4. The customer verifies the elements of his command, identify and correct any errors made when entering through the issuance of an order summary.

5. The Customer verifies and accepts expressly the General terms of sale of Ysé.

6. The Client validates the order, the total price and the price all inclusive, clicking on "Pay My Order".

7. The customer receives an electronic receipt that includes the elements of the order. The order will not be confirmed until payment is accepted by the Customer's bank and receipt of the amount of the order by the impertinent.

8. The customer receives a confirmation of the order electronically.

9. The Client receives the parcel at the delivery address indicated by him in his order.

The summary of the order will also be available on the Website in the "My Account" category "my orders".

All orders will be confirmed after acceptance paiement. After the payment, a confirmation of the order is sent to L'impertinente's Customer by email to the email address specified by the latter.

Customer agrees that the bill be considered as evidence of the contractual relationship between parties. The Client will be able to print the invoice sent with the order confirmation

Some products are available for pre-order, that is to say they are out of stock, but the stock will be replenished: in this case, the client is invited to pre-order and replenishment time is indicated below the "pre-order".

The payment procedure is the same. The pre-ordered products are delivered independently of the rest of the order, within the time specified in the pre-order.

Art. 5: Retention of Title

Products remain the property of L'impertinente until full payment is received each order.

Art. 6: Terms of payment

Full payment must be made when ordering.

Payments cannot be considered as a deposit or deposits. No sending in against delivery will be accepted for any reason whatsoever.

Customers can pay their order by credit card (Visa, Eurocard / Mastercard) via the implementation by Stripe secure platform (www.stripe.com).

All of your payment information is passed through a secure connection, ensuring you a very high level of data security.

Pursuant to the provisions of Article L 132-2 of the Monetary and Financial Code given an undertaking to pay through a credit card is irrevocable.

Any order placed on the Site constitutes a guarantee by the Client that has all the necessary permissions to use payment methods available on the Site. L'impertinente reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order if it encounters difficulties in collecting payment.

Our clients can choose to save their credit card information in order to make their next purchases easier. Their credit card information will be securely store by L’Impertinente but by no mean disclosed to a third party.

Art. 7 anti fraud:

L'impertinente reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order.

Any resale of products purchased on the Site is strictly prohibited.

Moreover, the fight against fraud, L'impertinente has developed a device implementing exclusion lists, which can cause it to:

(I) seek to secure the deal, some documents once payment is made, if automatic alarm triggered by the information about the order.

(II) block any command from a client account previously responsible for fraud.

Art. 8: Delivery

For any order placed on the Site, we make a commitment to prepare your command in 24 hours at 96 am (except for weekends and holidays) and in maximum 10 working days in period of strong activities (Christmas, sales, etc.).

At the time of the seizure of his command, the Customer has to choose the mode of delivery proposed on the site e-shop and the place of the delivery:

- Letter Max, Colissimo, Mondial Relay or UPS Saver for a delivery in metropolitan France and Corsica

- IMX or UPS Saver International for a delivery abroad

- Pick-up in store : 117 rue Vieille du Temple 75003 Paris

Delivering fees are based on the Client’s address and thereby vary depending on the country.

Delivery is free for any order above 100€ when living in France and Belgium and above 250€ anywhere else in the world.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs fees are at l’Impertinente’s expense.

Delivery address:

The Customer can ask commanded articles to be delivered to him/her in his/her place of residence, at his/her office, at a third person, on his/her holiday resort, etc. He/she also has the faculty to make deliver articles to one of the physical persons of its choice.

In case of error in the title of the address and phone number of the Customer, L'Impertinente cannot be held responsible for the impossibility to deliver one or several articles (ordered).

In case of absence during a delivery Colissimo at the address indicated by the Customer, a calling card is normally deposited by post: the Customer can then remove his parcel with the post office provided with an ID card in 15 days according to the date of the deposit of this opinion.

After this deadline, the parcel will be sent back to the company L'Impertinente.

The Customer service will then get in touch with the Customer for a possible forwarding expenses of which are chargeable to the Customer, or without answer of the Customer, for a refund of the order.

In case of absence during a delivery UPS at the address indicated by the Customer, the Customer has the possibility, on the site of UPS, by entering the number of follow-up of the sending the field Numbers of follow-up or calling card InfoNotice of:

- If a signature is necessary, make deliver the sending to an available neighbor.

- Organize the removal of the sending in a customer center UPS.

- Reschedule the delivery date of the sending for a day when you can receive it.

- Make deliver the sending to a different address.

When a parcel leaves the warehouses of the company L'Impertinente to be forwarded at the address indicated by the Customer during its order, the latter receives by electronic way on behalf of the Site a confirmation of expedition(shipping) on which is indicated the number of follow-up of its parcel.

The Customer can follow the state of progress of the treatment(processing) of his order in his personal secured space " My account " on the Site or by going, provided with his number of follow-up of parcel, on web sites given by post, Colissimo, Mondial Relay, UPS and IMX:

Every delivery is considered made from provision of the product with the Customer by our carriers, realized by the follow-up of delivery proposed on the web sites of our carriers evoked this above.

If 7 working days after the expedition of the parcel, the Customer has no news of his command, he has to get closer to the post office the closest to the place of delivery.

If neither the post office nor the system of follow-up of delivery proposed on the web sites of our carriers evoked above tell to have track of this parcel, the Customer then has to show himself with the company L'Impertinente by means of the Customer service which will open then an inquiry with the competent services.

Times of definitive answer of our carriers vary of one in three weeks as from the consideration of the case by the services of the company L'Impertinente.

The Customer can, in this stage, cancel his command with the Customer service because of the undergone delay and ask for the refund of his order. The parcel, if it is found, will be sent to The Impertinent.

When the Customer wishes, on the contrary, to pursue his command and to receive his product in spite of the undergone delay:

- If the parcel is found, it is sent to the Customer: the procedure of reception follows then its normal price (warehouse of the parcel or the calling card).

- If the parcel is declared lost (the definitive answer is often formulated for the maximal deadlines, is three weeks), L'Impertinente informs then the Customer and commits immediately the refund of the parcel (products and postal charges).

Are considered in particular as case of absolute necessity unloading L'Impertinente of its obligation to deliver: the war, the riot, the fire, the flood, the strikes, the accidents, the impossibility to be supplied.

In any case, the delivery of our products for the deadlines can intervene only if the Customer is up to date of his obligations.

It is up to the Customer to verify the expeditions on arrival and to make any reserves and complaints which would seem justified, even to refuse the parcel, if this one may have been opened or if it shows obvious tracks of deterioration.

The aforementioned reserves and the complaints must be sent to the Post office by registered letter with recorded delivery.

Art. 9: Returns

It is reminded that the legal cooling-off period in compliance with the code of the consumption is of 14 true days, without having to prove motives or to pay penalties. This deadline runs as from the reception for Products or from the acceptance of the offer for the Services.

Without prejudice of the right to withdraw of the code of the consumption, we propose besides to the customer who would not be satisfied, a deadline of 15 days* as from the date of confirmation of command to return it and obtain the repayment or a credit note of products, corresponding to the amount of the already paid sums.

*For Christmas time, returns are exceptionally possible until 2021.01.06.

If the Client has not sent his return within the 15 calendar days after receipt, we reserve him the right to offer him a credit note instead of a refund on the initial payment method. This credit note will be available for one year on our eshop and in our stores.

If the client has ordered on our eshop, he can return any product he wishes to via our website or by visiting our Parisian store, within 15 days. For Christmas time, returns are exceptionally possible until 2021.01.06.

To send his demand of credit note or refund, the customer has to go in "my orders " in his account and mark the products which he wishes to return to us.

He has to indicate for which reasons he wishes to make a return, and to specify if he wishes a credit note (in case of exchange) or a refund (in case of definitive return).

If the client lives in France, Germany, the UK, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain and Austria, he will receive by email a return voucher and a travel voucher (at L’Impertinente’s expense) within no more than 2 working days to send us back the product(s).

The return voucher must be cut at the bottom of the travel voucher and filled in properly if the client wants his return to be processed quickly.

If the client lives anywhere else in the world, he will receive by email, within no more than 2 working days, instructions to send us back the product(s) by his own means.

Returns must be sent at our Parisian store’s address, 117 rue Vieille du Temple 75003 Paris, FRANCE and are at the client’s expense including possible customs duties.

The risks of returns are chargeable to the Customer. The Customer is thus strongly incited to send back the parcel by every possible means which brings the proof of its sending and giving him certain date (recommended with acknowledgement of receipt, followed Colissimo, etc.).

The Product must have returned in mint condition, in its original packing and accompanied with the voucher of return of order, to the address indicated on the travel voucher.

In case of absence of the voucher of return inside the parcel, The Impertinent cannot proceed to the refund or to the credit note.

The incomplete, damaged, carried or made dirty returned Products will not be taken back.

In case of demand of refund:

The returned Products will be paid off to the Customer for a maximum deadline of thirty days as from their reception by The Impertinent.

Once the received Products is checked and accepted by our services, the refund will be made by a credit of the amount to be paid off on the bank account of the Customer sold during the transaction.

In case of demand of credit note:

The exchange will be made by the emission of credit note equal to the sum of the amount of Products sent back and valid for 3 months.

This credit note is only usable on one order. If not used entirely, what is left will be lost.

This credit note will be available on the site in "My discount vouchers ", category "My account ".

If the client lives in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain or the Netherlands, he will also benefit from free shipping on his next order.


For any purchase made in our Parisian store, if the customer is not satisfied with the products, he is free to change or demand a refund in our store in Paris (117 rue Vieille du Temple 75003).

The incomplete, damaged, carried or made dirty returned Products will not be taken back.

Art. 10: Legal Guarantees

Products enjoy guarantees of conformity and hidden defects.

Notwithstanding the withdrawal period provided for in Article 9, in the event that the goods delivered do not conform in kind or quality about the specifications in the delivery, the Customer must notify the Customer Service by writing to the address the bonjour@yse-paris.com.

He will then receive an email with a good return, it will print. Product must be returned in new condition in its original packaging and accompanied by the return package to the address on the return form.

In the absence of good return L'impertinente may not proceed with the exchange of the returned product. Shipping costs related to returning package will be refunded to the Client by a credit amount to be repaid on the customer debited for the transaction bank account. Once the product is received, checked and accepted by us, L'impertinente proceeds with the delivery of a new product corresponding to the Customer's order and consistent with the description of the product.

If the product is no longer available, L'impertinente will notify the customer by email and offer it to receive a credit or refund of the order of the amount of the returned product.

The credit would be available under "My vouchers" in the "My Account" Customer. Reimbursement duProduit returned to the invoice price would be done by a credit amount to be repaid to the bank account of the Client charged upon transaction.

The withdrawal period does not begin to run after receipt of the new product.

Art. 11 : L'impertinente Responsibility

L'impertinente is not responsible if the Linked Site is inaccessible or has access to any bugs or any reason whatsoever anomalies.

L'impertinente reserves the right to put forward a third party on the Site in any manner whatsoever, and is not responsible for third party sites to which visitors are directed from the Site.

Confidentiality of personal data:

Personal data collected on the Site www.yse-paris.comsont required to process the order. In an order placed on the Site by any new customer, the database is enriched with information about him, that will, thereafter, to better meet their expectations and facilitate assistance services provided by Customer Service.

According to the law of January 6, 1978, the Customer has a right of access to personal data relating to it may exercise in writing to the Service Client at bonjour@yse-paris.com, without prejudice to the rights it has also oppose for cause processing of the data.

Intellectual Property Rights:

All products and texts, comments, photos, trademarks, artwork, concept, illustrations and images from the Site are the exclusive property of L'impertinente and are protected by intellectual property rights in France and in the world. Total or partial reproduction of these materials or the Site is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

In case of translation of the Site Terms and the French language prevails for interpretation.

These Terms are governed by French law for issues. Any dispute arising out of their validity, interpretation, and enforcement subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts rule Paris except mandatory law procedure.
